This policy explains what personal information Quinta collects through this website and how we use it.
1. Who we are
Quinta Retreats runs the retreat house at Herdade da Quinta, 7050 Montemor-o-Novo, Portugal. We are responsible for the information you share with us here.
2. What we collect
When you fill in a form, join a waitlist or message us, we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email, phone number and message. We also collect basic, anonymous analytics about how pages are used.
3. How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, manage your booking, send the information you need before your retreat, and, if you ask, our monthly newsletter. We never sell your information.
4. Payments
Deposits and balances are taken by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
5. WhatsApp
If you message us on WhatsApp, your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. We only use your number to reply to you.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from emails at any time, by writing to hello@quinta.example.
