Ana teaches breath and cold water in a calm, unhurried way that suits first-timers.
Ana came to breathwork after a decade working in hospitals, and she teaches it with the same calm and attention to safety. Her sessions mix guided breathing, cold plunges in our salt pool and long rests in the sauna. She leads two Breath & Cold Water Reset weeks at Quinta every year.
